Exercises to increase height
I am 20 years young. Is it possible to increase height now? I just want 1 inch growth. My current heoght is 5' 6". Are there any exercises to increase height by 1 inch at this age?

You should do pull-ups, rope jumping exercises, jumping jack.. If you are a beginner start the exercises with low repetition and gradually increase it after every 15 days. Do these exercises for 6 months..

Can try with jumping exercises, but i dont think if the bones are fused your height wont grow. anyways try for few months.

Don't be fooled by frauds. Your growth plate in bones are fused & you won't get taller. That's the truth .Google for" fusion of growth plates in bones" & find out yourself.
