Height after puberty
I am 22 and half !! My height is 168cm. or so I want to increase my height till atleast 170 cm./ 5'7ft is it possible for me to do so? May dad is 5'5 around and younger sibling is 5'9 can I increase my height!! Just 2-3 cms. How much time can it take to increase and is it possible?? Please help me out! I have been doing hanging exercises and swimming since 5 months  and and I am cricket player I do workouts! Can I increase?? Will I get positive results?

Well honestly sorry to disappoint you but your height stops growing after the age of 20 generally.. in very rare case you might increase ur height.. but otherwise this is it.. ! So you can try but dont get disappointed if you dont see result.. physical activity is good for health anyways..
