Hello dear After puberty (after 16), there are less chances of increasing height, but still u can do some yog poses on daily basis like garudasana, tadasana, bhujangasana, trikonasana, paschimpaschimotta, vrikshsana. U can do some pull up exercise, and bicycling.
Next Steps
u need to these practices on daily basis.

Even with a healthy diet, most people’s height won’t increase after age 18 to 20. The reason why your height stops increasing is your bones, specifically your growth plates. The growth plates, or epiphyseal plates, are areas of specialized cartilage near the end of your long bones. so dont waste time and money on trying different types of medicines. maintain proper posture and always just try to do hanging with wall. Am not trying to de motivate but the truth.
