It's basically on your effort but try to do some  cycling and if you are gym lover so do excersize of pully hang on ..this will might help you...or consult doctor...

The most possible way to increase your height is by improving your posture while standing upright and making your spine straighter. That  is possible only by doing exercises to strengthen the abdomen muscles and spinal muscles

Hey! Generally height factor depends on growth hormones. And once you struck puberty the height does not grow the the extent. May be with proper balanced diet and few exercises like pull ups, skipping IT MIGHT INCREASE BUT there is no guarantee. But still if you’re keen to increase it; book an appointment with endocrinologist he will help you out!

Definitely you are increase your height but to achieve it you will have to do regular particular exercises.These exercises are include mainly whole body muscles stretching and  hanging exercises. U can also do strengthening of muscles with it.

You can increase your height by doing regular exercises ,stretching exercises,take proper nutrition's , take calcium , try to hang on hanging bar and by physiotherapy
