I can understand your concern. Make sure you get Sr. D3, B12 , Thyroid and  CBC checked. There is a chance of b12 D3 deficiency which might be the reason of low energy. If deficiency get sorted out we can work on weight too. Contact me on personal on Practo online consultation.
