Hi Have good amount of carbohydrates, high biogical value any proteins and fat in your diet regularly...overall a well balanced diet will help in keeping and sustaining your energy levels through out the day... Drink plenty of water daily and take these regularly such as buttermilk, coconut water, Barley water , sabooodana water and ORS if needed to combat with fatigue and weakness for sometime until your weakness compltgoes off...to such time consume all these foods day and regularly for some period...
Next Steps
Please consult doctor if weakness and other problems are not manageable...
Health Tips
Well balanced diet, consume all foods liberally and adequately until the weakness and side effects completely subsides... Drink more water around 2 to 3 litres per day and take lot of rest and relax much...have a good night sleep daily... Weakness is most common side-effect post covid and any for any other medical problems....so kindly follow all the above mentioned...it will give you good result in the near future... Strict home made food is Recommended at all times...and try to do any light intensity exercises in the absence of weakness... If not possible can do exercises later on when things are fine with you...no need to hurry... Rest when unwell... ...and if well be active Always !!!
