Weight gain juice digestion time
I drink a weight gain juice. Which has 100gm of oats 2bannanas , 10 almonds, 5 dates ,and around 200gm of curd , 3 spoons of peanut butter b. I divide this drink into two halfs and drink two times a day . I want to what will be the digestion time of this drink how much time will it remain only in stomach

Hi It will take atleast 4-5 hours to digest as protein is heavy to digest.It will remain atleast 1 hour in the stomach
