Eggs good for High cholesterol people?
1) Is it good to intake eggs if we have LDL cholesterol? 2) can overweight people intake eggs,is it good to take atleast one egg in a day even if we have cholesterol? 3) what are the benefits and side-effects of Egg? Please clarify

Hello dear user, In high cholesterol condition it would be better to take good proportion of protein and lower consumption of fat with optimal water intake to makes blood consistancy in good condition.

1) Egg is a complete diet but for people with hight LDL we must remove yolk part 2)Yes overweight people can have one egg in a day without yolk 3) Egg is a complete and healthy food and it has high biological value proteins. There is no nitrogenous end product left after metabolism of egg . Egg is also composed of multiple vitamins along with proteins

You can have egg whites everyday but not yolk if you are suffering with cholesterol . Eggs are richest source of protein but in certain health issues we should avoid egg yolk consumption
