Good evening, One coffee without sugar and milk is kind of fat burner, daily can take it won't affect your health anyway

Gud  evening  one cup of coffee intake is fine but not on a completely  empty stomach.u can have it one time only in evening snacks time.excess intake of any  food item is not good.

coffee is a good anti oxidant, no effect on increase in cholesterol, don't add cream over it, which is bad for health.
