Pre workout in replacement of coffee
I am 30year old healthy male with 66kgvweight. Taking proper sleep and water. Not a smoker and do not drink. I go to gym 4 to 5days a week from last 2,3 years. I was taking only isolate whey protein with post workout meal & when it's been 3months consistent to going gym, I started taking 1.5teaspoon  davidioff brand's black coffee as pre workout. After few days of that I have noticed these major issues: 1. My Resting heartbeat has become 100 to110bpm. 2. Started suffering from various type of headaches frequently, which was happening once or twice a month that started almost 2,3 times a week. I just stopped coffee from last 2 days before and I have found minor improvements. Please let me know Is those symptoms conected to coffee intake and, should I can consider myself as caffeine intolerant or extra sensitive...?? And also tell me some alternative of coffee ??

Hi coffee containing caffeine has many side effects especially the so called Headache is the most general and common symptom for any.. don't stop taking coffee all of a sudden...and if want to get rid of the habit..decrease the dose of the quantity daily or day by day and finally stop consuming it...but this process has to be done slowly but not fast.. caffeine has proven side effects on the body and nerves system...too.. so slowly come out of the habit of taking coffee and as an alternative to coffee you can take milk or ragi malt ...for that matter..
Health Tips
Always consume filter coffee powder instead of instant ready made coffee powders..if you may want to continue.. Filter coffee is better tolerated by individuals instead of instant coffee powders..as instant coffee powders directly act on nervous system..which causes those unpleasant side effects like Headaches, Nausea, Dizziness etc...and is a diuretic too..
