Yes you can have Black coffee, 1-2 cups would be fine but you can preferably have it after half an hour of any meal as if you take it immediately it will affect your absorption

Yes black coffee is a go ahead, however there should be ample gaps between major meals and coffee as it may hinder absorption of essential nutrients. But try to limit it to 2-3 medium cups.
