Hello Can I eat 1 boil egg daily with yellow part but iam concern about this because Iam on weight loss journey as my weight is 60 now which not according to my BMI so recommend me whether I should eat eggs daily without gaining weight

There is absolutely no harm in having one egg in a day along with its yellow part. You will not gain weight. If you intend to eat more then one egg then remove yellow part of the second egg.

Hi You can eat a boiled egg daily but try to consume yellow part alternate days..or  three- four times a week. Yellow part do have the health benefits so do not ignore it and it does not lead to weight gain. I hope this tip helps. Adding one boiled egg daily is definitely beneficial as long as cholesterol levels are normal as the protein in egg white  is beneficial for weight loss .
