Dosage of Vitamin D3
My friend's Vitamin D level is 12ng/ml. He is taking Calciferol Granules D3 60k iu sachet. Can you please tell me that is it safe to take this sachet every week? Is it safe for his health or it will be overdose for him? Please tell me the correct dosage of this sachet and for how many months he will continue taking it?

It is the required dose of Vit D3.  You should get your Vit D3 level done after 3 months. It can't cause overdosing of Vit D3

Vitamin D is fat soluble vitamin and can accumulate inside body if taken continuously without monitoring vit D level. So, 60 K capsule weekly is the standard dose. But check vitamin D level after 12 weeks then decide to continue or not
