Doc. Prescribed Honey
Hello doctor, I see doctors telling honey is good for health. I don't think there's any pure honey available at the market. It's all sugar syrup. Then why doctors are recommending to add honey in the diet? Aren't they aware of these things. Help me. Thank you.

Hi, Though honey itself is high in sugar content it has properties to reduce inflammation, lower low density lipids and regulate homocystein levels.Hence considered good. You do get organic certified honey. Not all honey u get are bad.You could check the labels before buying
