Hello doctor , i am very short tempered..when anyone pokes me i got angry very soon,, after that i realize my mistake in my heart but i don't say sorry ,, i used to cry alone and negative thoughts are started running in my mind very soon.. whenever my parents or my friends point out mistakes in me i start thinking that i am so bad and i am useless etc ,, i feels like no one loves me ,, no one cares about me ,, no one need me and no one understand me what i actually thinks ,, sometimes i want to live alone far away frm everyone ,, far from every known person jst to live alone..
