Hello Mr. Good morning. I read ur concern . I wud like to comment, Ur circumstances & environment of upcoming exam may cause you some trouble or more trouble but you sud understand one thing it is very organic/ natural to feel ups and downs during any Exam preparation. So its ok to have mild stress that keep u alert for ur goals, infact studies show mild stress helps in achieving ur goal effectively. Then where the problem exist ?? . Ans. 1.Too much stress hampers ur concentration, the same study that showed mild stress is good also showed excessive stress compromise ur attention and thus concentration. 2.If you want to focus a goal , first thing most importantly avoid the all sort of distractions in ur path that hinders ur concentration bcoz this pushes you away from achieving ur goal. These distractions are Any gadgets, family chaos, any relationship chaos, personal chaos, anything in a environment around you that distracts u must be avoided. 3. You must have a clear plan in ur mind for ur goals and also u must know how to navigate those plans. An unclear mind and thought result into a distorted path of ur action, making you more confuse whether u r on right path or wrong, this induces sence of insecurity , confusion, lack of  confidence into you ,that ultimately reduces ur Interest and motivation for ur Scheduled goals. So Only the plan is not necessary but also you must know how to execute it. Mind must be  crystal clear for any Goals. Now there are few techniques that could help on these above issues, but they are little vast,. Everything can't be discussed by writing here . But I will acknowledge you with some basic techniques that u can follow and add into ur lifestyle.
Next Steps
1.To Reduce ur excessive stress , Do " Relaxation exercises" daily for atleast 15 mins. Its bit detailed can't be expressed adequately in writing. 2.To Increase concentration ,Do " Meditation " for 20 mins . Simply sit with in yoga asan ,close ur eyes, breath in and out slowly for 20 mins ,while breathing u must focus upon ur breathing. 3.To Avoid excessive use of Phone ,"Behavioral therapy "will be good option.
Health Tips
* Advice you a Good adequate Sleep of 7 to 8 hrs daily not beyond or less of it. Sleep is the best process that calm ur racing thought, mood , emotion, cognition & behaviour . * Taka a balanced diet. * If possible create some time for  physical exercise or ur hobbies or any recreational activities . * Avoid negativities in any form either person, situation, or anything. * Praise urself  everyday , don't miss it.
