She has to be evaluated by a professional to come to some conclusions. The information that you are providing is very important but, incomplete. There are many factors which play an important role, environmental stimuli, thoughts, emotions, age, are some of them. Behaviour is only the resultant factor.
Next Steps
Take an appointment with a Clinical Psychologist.
Health Tips
It's better that you take it seriously, don't delay and get her assessed. Delay can lead to increase in behavioural issues.

Dear client Plz specify in what capacity you are asking the query. Since the person is a minor I can't label her without evaluating her.

Many more questions need to be asked. Does she not like studying or does she not understand what is being taught ? Does she become angry when told to study or while doing other things also ? Has there been a change in other behavior ? Is there any anxiety ? Is her sleep normal ?
Next Steps
for detailed evaluation please consult psychiatrist online or in person

Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding her behaviour . It seems that she is lacking motivation to study and is stressed out which might be contributing to her behavioural symptoms. You can try and talk to her and help her make a proper time table with breaks in between , try and ask her to practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis . Regular exercise and a healthy diet can also be beneficial . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of her case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
