Hello practo user
I can understand your situation that you are currently facing in your life . Unable to concentrate in studies , not being interested in doing tasks and also having memory issues are all indicative that you are currently going through a lot of stress in your life personal or professional . Some unhealthy past experiences might be contributing to your problem . You can try and download some concentration building apps on your phone , take small breaks during your work time , try and develop some interests which can keep you occupied when you have free time . Try and practice meditation and its beneficial for overall mental and physical health . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist who can take a case history and identify the areas which are causing you distress and provide treatment for the same . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance
