Sleeping means to relax and to relax, you need to put off every single thought out of your mind, listen to a soothing music, make the atmosphere of your room dim and put away all your electronic devices. You can also read a book before going to sleep - might be some romance novel. This was all about how to sleep and wake up fresh. Now coming towards the question that why does it taking hours to sleep. The answer to this question is your body and the brain. Allow your body to follow a well managed sleep cycle in accordance with your work life. If your sleep cycle is not good, and your body and the brain is not feeling tired, then how could you sleep despite of listening to several soothing songs and making the good sleeping atmosphere? All in all, the key takeaways today are: Maintain a balanced diet Follow a good sleep cycle Allow sunlight to enter your room; sun gazing is good for maintaining a nice sleep pattern Listen to soothing music Relax your brain from every thought and tension Read a good novel (Apart from thrill or suspense or anything that wants your brain to work actively while reading)

Clonazepam if used regularly for a long time can lead to its dependence. Consult a psychiatrist for her sleeping habits, as there could be another reason behind her poor sleep.
