OCD is not a psychological problem. It is guidance problem. If you meet a good psychologist who is strong in concepts of mind, will make ur life great.
All your feelings are acceptable n appreciated , but the problem is, you don't have knowledge of mind to understand its struggle to get success.
Exercise is must for you..
Make your body tired by exercise daily do evening one hour..
Don't strain too much..
Lot of brisk walking, etc.. Is enough
Make your body sweat..
