Hi For sugar/ diabetes... Low portioned meals in more frequency, high fiber, unsaturated fat, EFA'S, low fat dairy , avoid simple carbs, consume complex carbs in limited portions , moderate plant based proteins, 1 tsp ghee is permitted in dal for daily lunch, all variety dals,legumes, only some variety fruits like apples, pears, watermelon, pappaya, kiwi, dragon fruit, oranges, pomogranate etc...and all seasonal vegetables and dark green leafy vegetables, nuts of only almond, walnuts and pista,  seeds, dry fruits like figs and apricots only, consume much of gourd vegetables, especially bittergourd and it's leaves, regular eating habits, physical activities both morning and evening, especially walking , yoga etc...good sleep and rest, plenty of water around 2 to 3 litres per day, exposure to sun are all needed for diabetes... For cholesterol:. Lots of physical activities both morning and evening, warm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walking, small portion sized meals, include more if unsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and 6 foods like sea fish, chicken, olive oil, til oil, avocados,almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, safflower oil, cod liver oil supplementation ( please take supplements with doctor advise) only. And most importantly high fiber diet are all very essential in lowering bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol.. Hello:) You can opt for the following suggestions : 1. Include good protein sources in your diet: egg whites/ pulses /kalachana/you can also take missi roti in your diet 2. In place of white sugar you can include jaggery in your diet. 3. Include soaked and peeled almonds in uour diet. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day 5. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups.

Hi You need to include high fiber food like oats, muti grain, fruits with peels ,vegetables etc. No to white sugar and processed food . No to deep fried foods. Hi, Ideal body weight for your height is 65-70 Kgs. You need to lose 12-14 Kgs of fat to control your cholesterol and blood sugars. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (Bajra,Jowar,Ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, Sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, Papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein’s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, Aerobics, Jogging, Skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.
