A good diet which will help in nourishing the body in the right way can be given after taking all necessary details and then it is planned accordingly. There is no standard rule that fits all. So reach out to me so a complete guidance can be given.

Health Tips
Few things to avoid are excess of tea/coffee, any artificial sweetener or foods or syrups which have additives/artificial colors/preservatives,etc. Ensure that you drink enough water and include good quality protein like eggs, chicken, fish, paneer. The quantity for the same can be suggested after a complete analysis so reach out personally. Take Care
