I have started to focus on what I eat and it fitted in well in my daily routine so was easier to manage and stick to it. The way Prerna explained to me it was easy to understand and it motivated me to stick to it.

I have very busy life with work , kids and clubs this plan has not impacted I was able to adapt into my busy schedule hence been able to stick to it. It doesn’t need loads of hours to plan but it does need the will to stay on it.
