I had a really amazing and successful experience with Dt. Sonal Dhanuka, losing ~6 Kgs in 4 weeks. I had been struggling to lose weight and had tried multiple diets earlier. She was extremely friendly and approachable and helped me customize my diet in a way which was easily manageable with my work schedule. Her small tips and tweaks really made a huge difference and I started seeing results in 3 days! The best part about her advice is that she looks to provide a holistic nutrition plan instead of a crash diet, and a lot of those elements are actually now part of my regular, healthier lifestyle (not diet)!

This whole experience has changed my perception toward food , my health and how each food group helps in our living.

I have started to focus on what I eat and it fitted in well in my daily routine so was easier to manage and stick to it. The way Prerna explained to me it was easy to understand and it motivated me to stick to it.

I have very busy life with work , kids and clubs this plan has not impacted I was able to adapt into my busy schedule hence been able to stick to it. It doesn’t need loads of hours to plan but it does need the will to stay on it.
