Dr. Gargi's Dental Care, Lake Town

I remember vividly I visited Dr. Gargi exactly two years ago, and that's probably the best decision I have taken till date. She is extremely sweet, caring and does her best to understand her patient's woes. My first visit with her was regarding orthodontic treatment and in checking my condition, she was transparent about the fact that my case is complicated and that I WILL need a surgery to fully correct my smile, which the other orthodontist I'd visited before never told me but was rather hasty and rude when I asked him questions!! I just wanted results even if it meant it will never be perfect. So I trusted Dr. Gargi to start my treatment somewhere around Nov, 2018. And ever since then, despite being in braces, I was more happy and confident than before. I was amazed by the massive change I saw in my smile by the first six months of my treatment of estimated 2- 2.5years. And now exactly two years later, when I came back home after getting my braces debonded, I couldn't stop myself from smiling. Dr. Gargi has created and given me a beautiful BEAUTIFUL smile which I hadn't hoped for myself to begin with!

And I promise I'll do everything I can to retain this smile Dr. Gargi has given me. I loved going to her for monthly adjustments and I'll miss going to her.

God bless her and her amazing team for giving me such immense care and love.

Being father of my only daughter- Miss Uttara Basu,I am fully satisfied with Dr. Gargi's treatment, behaviour and friendliness.

Though,my daughter is introvert by nature, but she was so frank to Dr.Gargi. It happened only due to Doctor Gargi's friendly and sweet nature.As an Orthodontist, really she is praise worthy.I feel that, she is deeply committed to her profession,as well as her patient.

My daughter was under her treatment for a long time, i.e, near about One year and seven to eight months. But,after expiry of scheduled treatment period,she attended my child for Five to Six months more for her betterment and also for our satisfaction.And,it should be mention here obviously that,the treatment rendered by her for extra time to my daughter was free of cost.It signifies that patient's satisfaction is her only moto.

As i approach the end of my treatment period of braces that i got fixed a year back, i would like to say that Gargi mam is extremely wonderful not just as a dentist but also as a human being. Her treatment was such that i never felt pain either in my teeth or in the gums. *** ** ********* *** **** ******* *** ***** **** ******* That is not it, the entire staff of her's are excellent, be it the mam who is the receptionist or the assistants inside the chamber. I would highly recommend everyone in and around north kolkata to visit Gargi mam's clinic for any dental issue. Thank you mam for your thorough service.

Started my RCT treatment for 3 front teeth before covid situation. Due to lockdown and some personal issues I couldn't visit Mam. And then my RCT treatment continued with Debajit Sir and now I can smile unhesitatingly. Both of them are too good. They listened patiently to my situation and explained properly what issue m facing and how to recover from it. Mam is too much caring and loving. She is like family. Clinic is very clean with all modern amenities and they maintain hygiene properly. All the staffs are too good. Thank you Sir and Mam for helping me in getting a better smile. For any dental problems do visit them without giving a second thought. And yeah like all other dental clinic they don't charge unnecessarily. Worth it. A 5/5 journey.
