I am a skinny fat person. Weighing around 60kgs. What should be my diet. I mean the amount of protein, carbs and other stuff that I should eat for gaining muscles and at the same time reducing my belly fat. What are the things I can and should eat?

U need low calorie foods always.aviod fast,junk,rich spicy,restaurant based fatty foods. take more fibre, green vegetables, while fruits. avoid potatoes, plain rice,biriany similar foods.more details u can write me.Also do some yoga,free hand exercises two times. walking, jogging are very helpful.
