My brother is following diet to reduce weight.He has lost lost 6 kgs in a month. now he has joined gym his trainer is saying "dont to take roti in dinner and have chicken instead".We take our dinner earlier around 7.30pm & sleep@12 am. in this case my bro can take roti in dinner. right? plz suggest diet.93kg,height 5'6

He need to reduce 23 KGS weight loss through gym will not be permanent one. He can lose 4-5 KGS in month through diet and activity only no need for gym.carbohydrates reduction in dinner is good but reducing chapati is not only option . he need fullness also as he sleep late so definitely he will feel hungry. Can plan a good diet for him
