My baby diet is reduced. he is not eating properly from the last 6-7 days. rice/ chapati diet is reduced to minimum. Milk, sprouts and namkeen eat normally as per last diet.

First and foremost important thing is age of baby. What was dietary habit of child earlier and now what does the child prefer having? Most likely it might be a part of choice of food rather than some issue.
This has to be discussed in details, as few important questions needs to be answered.
