Diet plan or advice to reduce 2 kgs
Hi, In an urgent basis I have to reduce 2 kilos...I am on a diet ,not having oily outside food for about a month..Doing trade mill exercise regularly but I have reduced 300 gms in a month..kindly advice how to reduce in a short span of time..
