Include high-protein foods like paneer, tofu, moong dal, and curd. Add seasonal vegetables like spinach, methi, carrots, and pumpkin, cooked well. Give fruits like bananas, stewed apples, or oranges for energy. For constipation, give soaked raisins, figs, and warm milk with ghee. Offer snacks like roasted makhana, peanuts, or sesame ladoos. Avoid spicy, fried, or heavy foods that are hard to digest. Make sure he drinks warm water, coconut water, or herbal teas to stay hydrated.
