Adopting a balanced diet and regular physical activity routine can play a vital role in supporting overall health and well-being. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can provide essential nutrients while limiting processed foods and sugary snacks can help maintain a healthy weight. Considering foods rich in iodine, such as seafood, dairy, and iodized salt, may support thyroid function. Staying hydrated and engaging in regular, moderate-intensity exercise like walking, swimming, or cycling can boost energy levels and support physical fitness. Incorporating strength training exercises and stress management techniques like mindfulness or yoga can further enhance overall health.
