Immediately after completion of work out don't eat or drink anything, wait for few minutes and then hydrate youself. Then after 20-30 minutes you should have balanced meal. If you do cycling in morning, then after completion you can have your breakfast, which contains good carbohydrates, protein,and fruits or vegetables like bread pulao with nuts,/ chida pulao/ sandwich and milk etc. Don't comprise with proper nutrition as you are still in growing stage.
