I have been working out from a long time and i do take a good diet aswell but i dnt why i feel that i keep gaining weight..thought i dont look fat.I have a broad physique but then not somethng i like.
I want to cut down my fat and keep muscle only or i would say just muscle weight and some quality fat. Goal is look shredded and muscular.
So looking for a perosnalized diet plan and this month i have started with my ON whey protien suppliment as well.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
