Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Ragi, makka and bajra flour contain carbohydrates. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Not really..but you can eat Ragi, makka and bajra as that is full of nutrients but that will not help you for Weight loss you need to  follow a proper diet plan for the same. you need to share all your medical reports. will take down your medical history, for knowing if you have Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes or any other minor issues like Hairfall, acidity, or acne. will also take your Diet recall to know what you are eating, what time and in what portion Size. will then set your target weight as per BMI. Based on All these details, will be planning a Simple Balanced diet plan for you.
