I have BP 140/90. Please advise me strict diet. Food to avoid and food to eat to have normal BP without medicines. I have started swimming 30 min per day. My weight is 72kgs. My age is 44 yrs. Height is 5'10
". Normally I eat banana, milk and nuts followed by poha or daliya in breakfast. Then in lunch in dinner 3roti dal rice. Jaggery +til ladoo. 2tea per day with biscuits +namkeen. In non veg, I eat one boiled egg per day.
