Hi I would recommend you to take a personalized plan rather than taking a random tips or random plans as they may have harmful effects on you. But I cannot make your plan here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and whole medical history. For a while you can follow the following tips which may help to you the some extent but for proper result you would require a personalized plan 1. Eat variety of foods 2. Base your diet on food rich in carbohydrates 3. Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables 4. Reduce salt and sugar intake 5. Get on the move, make it a habit ! 6. Start now! and keep changing gradually. 7. Maintain a healthy body weight Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
