I am 17 and I daily practice football and do medium workout. I'm very much concerned about my fitness I go for running in early morning followed by workout then school after school I sleep for 2 hrs and go for 3 hrs practice after this dinner and sleep after studying a bit. Can anyone give me a diet plan fit for my needs. Please
