Make a healthy lifestyle,70%diet and 30% exercise help in reduce weight . Do’s- use skimmed/single tonned milk (300) ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive,rice bran , mustard,saffola or sunflower oil etc. Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand, sweet potato etc Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned etc. avoid pickles and papads etc.

Hello dear, Please share details of meal you are taking. During pregnancy,digestion process slows down. Start with small and frequent meals and increase intake of liquids and semisolid diets like Fruit custard, idli ,juices and shakes.
