I am suffering with chronic fissures with haemorrids since last 6 months. Already taking high fibre diet with lots of water and isabgol. But everymorning there is still pain while passing stool. Pls suggest a diet chart.

Sure, and it will take little more time too, whatever following medication and diet, continue the same for another week too, and add sabja or chia seeds in every drink, it ll help for easy bowel problems

Gud morning,this sort of digestive issues occurs due to having high intake of unhealthy fatty foods rather than adding fiber containing foods into the daily diet routine,less water intake,no exercise etc.So pls try to have a proper dietary pattern along with sufficient water intake n exercise minimum of 45mins.Try to have luke warm chia seeds or flax seeds water or plain Luke warm water after brushing teeth on an empty stomach.Try to add on Good probiotics like fresh homemade curd,tender coconut water in the diet.
