Hi I can surely help you in losing weight after delivery. But it's very important for me to know that you are breastfeeding your child or not. As if your breastfeeding your child it's very important to take a diet according to that. As if you do not take a healthy diet then it can affect the quality of your milk and health of your baby and your too. I would recommend you to meet me for a one to one counselling session so that I can plan your diet personalized way according to you lifestyle and your medical history. If you cannot visit me you can also have a online consultation as I have work online globally If you wanna discuss further you can opt for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
