I was diagonised with pcod for which i was told it will be in control if my weight comes under control.due to continuous stress from the last 6-8 months i gained weight suddenly. i lost my confidence and im scared to join any gym also because of inferiority. please suggest me some diet plan and exercises at home so that i will start loosing wight and gain some health and confidence.

Tips.
Avoid junk food, fried food
Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk
Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.
You definitely got the results ,Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight .
Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily
Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also
Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking

Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable
