Hi, it looks like something is bothering you. It looks like you are feeling stressed and upset about something. You are using the mobile phone a lot as a coping tool to distract yourself from what you are feeling. To feel better you can consult a psychologist and explain about your situation in detail. A psychologist will identify what is causing you to feel upset and anxious. A psychologist will help and guide you with ways to feel better and positive. To feel better you can think about what you want to do in the future about your goals and the career you want to pursue. It is important to remember that you can feel good and positive about yourself.

You've noticed some changes lately. Maybe you feel sad, hopeless, or don’t get any joy out of activities that used to be fun. Sounds like depression, right? Maybe that's not all. Sometimes you're worried, afraid, and just plain uneasy. Isn't that a sign of anxiety? Not so fast. It’s normal to have ups and downs or to have things you’re concerned about. You might be going through a difficult time. Depression and anxiety are like flip sides of the same coin. Being depressed often makes us anxious, and anxiety often makes us depressed.

Hi... Please take Counselling for your concerns. I believe they are cognitive in nature and arising out of your academic struggle or negative anticipation of your results/future/career. To address Suicidal Thoughts, please consult a Psychiatrist and if required, take medication. Please do not try to hide your condition from your parents/family. They are the ones who can help you seek professional advice. They won't judge you in the manner you might be anticipating. I have intensively worked on such cases and I have seen so many young adults like you coming out of such condition with regular counselling and medication (if required).
Next Steps
Talk to your Parents/Family. Find a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist.
