Can Anxiety leads to Coronavirus symptoms as I'm dying due to stress and depression because of all the news and others and starting to have fatigue and throat pain

Because you feeding your brain with all the news running around and keeping a concentration on symptoms, which, in directly forcing you to feel the felling which is, actually not true.
