Hi doc the dengue fever re occurs I have doubt can u please clarify my bp is 112/80 it's normal I have lot of head ache please give me clarification for whom need to consult

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some inflammation with infection like headache in dengue. Take treatment as I'm telling you now on the basis of your sign and symptom as take Dolo or Calpol like paracitamol 500 mg 2 time per day headache  2- Cap- Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 1 week . 3- Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg 1 time per day after food for 5 day . 4- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day after food for 7 day . Tablet - A to z 2 time per day after food For strength and immunity.
Health Tips
please follow good life style as take 5-6 litre water per day for fluid balance so platlet count will not decrease so much and most important please keep positive attitude to fight any problem and disease of your life.
