Deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3
Dear sir/madam, Please suggest which food I have to eat more for deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3. Thanks & Regards Paresh Jadav

All milk and milk products,meat,eggs,fish are good sources of Vit B12.Vit D3 can be obtained from exposing our skin to sunlight for atleast 30 mins /day. Food sources of Vit D3 are egg yolks,fish oil.
