Vitamin D deficiency can cause rickets, osteoporosis and reduced mineral density. Being a hormone, it’s levels will affect the functioning of the rest of the endocrine system as well. One of the best sources is the sun; our skin manufactures vitamin D itself when exposed to sunlight, and Vitamin B-12 is important for brain function the synthesis of red blood cells. Deficiency of vitamin B-12 can lead to neurological difficulties and anemia.

In terms of medication better visit a doctor rather then taking any random suggested medicines. Take early morning sunlight for 20 minutes daily. Eat green leaf veggies and fruits with skin which are edible. For calcium include white roasted sesame seeds, dairy milk (& not toned)
