Dates and dry fruit benifits
Hello, May I know what are the best dry fruits for improving health (specifically for ED condition) What would be the best combination for dry fruits? (With milk or water or others) The most basic doubt that I have is the timing for taking dry fruits before or after food. How much should we intake it in a day. Does consuming it more cause other problems, please prescribe the quantity of dry fruits to be consumed as well. Thanks!

Hi Thanks for your query All dry fruits offer various health benefits ...as for daily consumption all dry fruits can be taken..but to be soaked overnight seperately in various cups for their benefit..and while having have then along with the soaked water as the water also contains many vital micro nutrients in varied proportions...that are very helpful for daily and long-term health.. Various different types of dry fruit varieties are dry dates, apricots, figs, raisins, Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashew, hazelnuts, pecans and many other.. Dry fruits portion sizes should be like this Dates one is enough if wanted to take daily , apricot one is enough if daily, fig one for daily, raisins 1 to 3 max daily or once in two days, almonds 2 to 3 if daily, walnuts 3 to 5 daily if daily, pistachios 2 nos if daily or every alternate day, cashew only 1 or 2 max soaked overnight like other dry fruits but once or twice a week not more than that, hazelnuts 1 to 2 consecutive days, pecan 1 to 3 max consecutive days.. In this above mentioned portion sizes you can consume for optimal health benefits without any side effects and long-term malaise.. Best time is to consume them first thing in the morning empty stomach upon raising..for good assimilation, absorption and bioavailability of nutrients to max.. Anything beyond the limit of intake (or) way less than the daily recommended  allowance either can cause I'll effects on health (or) can land up in many nutrient deficiencies .. So moderation is best.. Thankyou

Do take it at early morning or as a mid time snack or as a pre workout snack along with good protein.. Anything in excess is bad. There is no fixed quantity . Depending on ur total calorie requirement, we need to decide the quantity. Each dry fruit has multiple health benefit. If it’s constipation relief, go for fig.. iron deficiency dates.. So need to be personalised..

Hi User, So far dry fruits especially for ED health are concerned, proteinacious dry fruits such as Almonds are beneficial. Since it has good amount of Arginine amino acid, this increases blood flow to improve ED health. You can have dry fruits with Milk as Milk is rich in Calcium and relaxes muscles also, hence it would be helpful with Almonds. Excess of anything is bad, hence one fist of dry fruits/day should be considered as excess may lead to obesity. So far timings are concerned, you can have as an early morning snack or before exercise.
Next Steps
Use this as an early morning snack.
Health Tips
Don't use in excess amount
