I have 67 years of age. I am a heart patient and diabetic but it's controlled as of now.
My daily morning routine involves 10km cycling + 4km walking + 15 mins gymming + half hour pranayama from 6am to 8:30am
Please let me know what should be my diet schedule as per the exercises I do, How much should be protein intake?

It's good to see that you are engaging yourself in physical activity but you need to make sure that diet too should be well balanced in all nutrients.. Protein intake should be high.. Avoid trans fats, processed foods, include unsaturated fats coming from fish, watermelon seeds, chia seeds.. Restrict your sodium intake.. Stay hydrated
