What is the diabetic diet chart for indian patients?
I am a 49-year-old male and I live in India. I have been a diabetic for the past couple of years and it is Type 2 Diabetes. So, is there any Indian diet chart for diabetic patients like me? Type 2 Diabetes can be controlled by better lifestyle and health care. So, can someone help me, please?

Yes sir, diabetes can not be cured it can be prevented by diet. So follow diabetic diet plan. Add high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Take roasted fenugreek seed  & flax seed early morning. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid sweet fruits like banana, Chikoo, mango, grapes, dates, sweet potato, rice, etc.
