I have severe acidity issues. I am from Tamilnadu. What should be my diet ? I have been taking medicines for hypertension, thyroid, cholesterol and peripheral neuropathy. I underwent hernia surgery and so I am unable to have brisk walk. Please suggest me proper food habit. I am just 49. I am a non vegetarian
